Luke Chism - Region 7AAA Player of the Year

Three years ago, Luke came to Rob to work everything basketball – vertical jump, agility, footwork, and explosiveness.  The hours of intense training have definitely paid off and now, this 6′ 5″ rising senior whom T.J. Rushing refers to as “a guy who’ll be coveted by college coaches” was just named Region 7AAA Player of the Year.   Luke also has the interest of several colleges. So far it’s D1s Lipscomb, Furman, Army and Liberty that are showing interest. And D2  Lees-McRae “is really interested in me,” said Chism after his Junior year.

Luke currently plays for Dawson County High School after transferring from Dawson Christian, wherehe averaged 25 points per game and led his team to the Georgia Independent Christian Athletic Association state tourney.
