Mckynsey Douglas – Personal Trainer, Speed and Agility Training
As a personal trainer, speed and agility training, Mckynsey Douglas joined 123 Total Fitness in 2017. Her primary focus is to help young athletes improve their strength and agility and excel in their sport. Mckynsey has worked with tennis, lacrosse, and baseball players to focus on footwork, speed and agility training with a focus on each individual sport. She has developed both individual and small group programs while at 123 Total Fitness. Mckynsey also enjoys working with individuals as a personal trainer, developing individualized programs for her clients so they can achieve maximum results.
She attended Piedmont College where she competed on their Women’s Lacrosse team. As a member of the team, she was part of the 200-point club in 2016 for 165 goals/48 assists. She was on the USA South All-Tournament Team and USA South Athletic Championship Finalist in 2014, 2015, & 2016. In 2014 and 2015, she was part of the USA South All-Conference First Team. Mckynsey made the USA South All-Conference Second Team in 2016. Academically, she was recognized on the Director of Athletics Honor Roll in 2013, 2014 & 2015. Additionally, she was part of the USA South Academic All-Conference Team in 2015 & 2016 and on the IWLCA Academic Honor Squad (Team) in 2015.
