After signing up with through our website, you will receive a questionnaire to establish your fitness goals, and to specify any special requirements or conditions you might have. This is extremely important when using our personal fitness services; the information you provide us will be helpful when creating your individualized plan. You will receive a call from one of our professional trainers after you submit the questionnaire to go over the customized workout and nutrition plans developed based on your profile. During this call, your trainer will explain in detail the first phase of your plan and answer any questions you may have.

The questionnaire helps us create your online fitness and nutrition plans based on the information given about your daily routine, lifestyle, and habits. Having a customized fitness and nutrition plan will be the key to your success. Every person is different, and so is every plan.

Maintaining Progress

Your trainer will also send you electronic and hard copies of your plan, as well as a body fat caliper and measuring tape. As you progress, your trainer will check in with you several times each week, and you will always have 24/7 phone access. Each month, your trainer will review your measurements and progress, and adjust the next month’s plan accordingly.

These monthly adjustments to your online fitness and nutrition plans will help you improve as time goes on. Our personal training would not be as successful without this. By changing your routine, you will be exposed to different workouts, foods and more, which is very important when getting in shape and staying healthy.
